The 2024 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams officially kick off today, Tuesday, October 22, marking the start of a crucial period for thousands of students nationwide.
This year’s exams will take place in 10,755 centres, hosting a record-breaking 965,501 candidates, increasing from last year’s 903,138. The first set of exams includes oral and practical tests in French, German, Kenyan Sign Language, and music.
