Former Interior Cabinet Secretary Prof. Kithure Kindiki will be sworn in today as the new Deputy President.
In a gazette notice issued by Secretary to the Cabinet Mercy Wanjau, the swearing-in ceremony will take place at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi from 10:00 am.
The position fell vacant following the ouster of Rithagi Gachagua.
